Ingredientes

  • Kabab (see recipe)
  • 1 c. Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Tahini
  • 1 dsh Lemon juice

  1. Here are some of my favorite recipes. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as my family does.
  2. Prepare Kababs as directed. Shape as fingers. Arrange in pyrex. Bake at 350x to 400xF. for 30 minutes. Mix the tahini w/ lemon and water till it becomes smooth. Add in yogurt and vinegar. Pour on the meat and bake till done. Serve w/ rice.
