Krautfleisch Pork Casserole With Cabbage

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Pork cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 ounce flour seasoned
  • 1/2 ounce Caraway seed
  • 3 ounce Lard
  • 1 ounce Paprika
  • 6 ounce cabbage shredded or possibly Saurkraut
  • 2 ounce Tomato puree
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 ounce Vinegar
  • 4 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 ounce Onions

Direcciones

  1. Toss the meat cubes in seasoned flour and caraway seeds. Heat lard and saute/fry the meat with a lid on pan. Shake from time to time and cook till brown for 10 min. Then add in grnd paprika and sliced onions.
  2. Toss a few min, add in tomato puree and white cabbage or possibly saurkraut, vinegar and cool water. Season with a little salt. Simmmer gently for 1 1/2 hrs till the meat is tender. Add in lowfat sour cream or possibly plian lowfat yoghurt at the last minute.
