.%20I%20have%20posted%20a%20recipe%20before%20but%20I%20think%20this%20version%20is%20very%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecently,%20I%20found%20a%20kuih%20tart%20recipe%20in%20one%20of%20my%20FB%20group.%20She%20shared%20her%20late%20mom's%20recipe%20with%20us.%20After%20I%20got%20all%20the%20ingredients,%20I%20give%20it%20a%20go..%20%20ohmygosh!!!!!%20Both%20me%20and%20hubs%20felt%20that%20the%20kuih%20tart%20were%20perfect.%20They%20melt%20in%20your%20mouth%20and%20the%20sweetness%20is%20just%20right.%20%20On%20the%20day,%20I%20made%20the%20kuih%20tart,%20I'm%20telling%20you...%20I%20have%20not%20even%20finished%20baking%20all%20the%20tarts,%20and%20%20the%20tarts%20on%20the%20first%20tray%20were%20all%20gone!!%20%3C%3Cnow%20you%20see%20it,%20now%20you%20don't%3E%3E%20LoL!!!%20I%20gave%20hubs%20to%20try%20a%20few%20and%20next%20thing,%20I%20know,%20its%20almost%20gone%20so%20I%20just%20finished%20the%20last%204%20tarts%20in%20that%20tray..%20LoL!!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20happy%20to%20share%20my%20findings%20and%20would%20encourage%20you%20to%20try%20out%20this%20excellent%20recipe%20cos%20I%20think%20it%E2%80%99s%20very%20good.%20%20Thank%20you%20Lily%20for%20sharing%20the%20recipe.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOriginal%20Pineapple%20Tart%20(by%20the%20late%20Hajjah%20Rohanna%20Abu)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20dash%20of%20yellow%20color%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMethod%20to%20make%20Pastry%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20big%20mixing%20bowl,%20lightly%20beat%20egg,%20butter,%20yellow%20color,%20caster%20sugar%20with%20a%20spatula.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20self%20raising%20flour%20&%20all%20purpose%20flour%20and%20stir%20with%20the%20spatula%20until%20all%20mix%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eall%20done,%20use%20your%20fingers%20to%20mix%20dough%20thoroughly%20but%20DO%20NOT%20over%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eknead%20the%20pastry%20as%20this%20will%20cause%20the%20pastry%20to%20break%20when%20making%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etart.%20Wrap%20dough%20in%20plastic%20foil%20and%20keep%20in%20fridge%20for%2020%20mins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(I%20forgot%20to%20put%20the%20yellow%20color%20earlier.%20I%20added%20later%20and%20the%20color%20was%20uneven..%20;P)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20ready:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELine%20pastry%20board%20with%20a%20plastic%20sheet%20and%20place%20a%20small%20portion%20of%20pastry%20on%20it.%20Cover%20pastry%20with%20another%20sheet%20of%20plastic.%20Roll%20dough%20to%20about%204mm%20thick.%20Use%20tart%20mould%20to%20cut%20out%20the%20tart,%20place%20on%20ungreased%20baking%20tray.%20Continue%20until%20all%20the%20pastry%20is%20used.%20Then%20roll%20a%20small%20ball%20of%20filling,%20flatten%20slightly%20and%20place%20on%20center%20of%20tart.%20Decorate%20the%20top%20by%20placing%20bits%20of%20cut-out%20pastry%20.%20Bake%20in%20pre-heated%20oven%20at%20350%C2%BAF%20for%2015-20%20mins%20or%20till%20tarts%20are%20a%20nice%20golden%20brown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20bought%20a%20few%20different%20kuih%20tart%20moulds%20in%20Singapore%20cos%20I%20know%20I%20won't%20be%20able%20to%20get%20these%20easily%20in%20US.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
