Ingredientes

  • 1 reg. size Vegeburger
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese, any kind
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • Dash of the following or possibly any others you might like. Celery salt, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, sweet basil, oregano, thyme, or possibly rosemary
  • 1 pkg. Wonton wraps

Direcciones

  1. Filling: Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Spread wraps out on a flat surface. Place a tbsp of filling in the middle of each wrap. To seal, dip finger in water and stroke around the edge of the wrap. Draw up opposite corners to create a triangle. Pinch top sealed. Draw the opposite corners up to the top and seal sides by pinching. Should resemble a fat open envelope. Fry in hot oil till medium brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. Good with sweet and sour sauce for dipping. May mix up filling and use 1/2 for 2 people and freeze rest for later. Wraps freeze well too.
