Ingredientes

  • 7 lb Roma tomatoes - diced
  • 1 lb Brown onions - diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced cilantro Jalapeno peppers - to taste finely minced Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Core the tomatoes, removing seeds. Dice the tomatoes into 3/8" cubes. Marinate the tomatoes in the lemon juice for six hrs prior to use.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, lime juice, cilantro and jalepenos. Season with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator till using.
  3. Garnish with minced cilantro before serving.
