What I love about LALA Greek smoothies is that they have 12 grams of protein which is great because protein helps keep you full and if you are full it’s easier to make it to your next meal without needing a meal in between. 12 grams of protein packs a hefty punch!

The first thing I noticed when I had my first LALA Greek Smoothie was just have full a small bottle made me. I had brought a few other things to have with me for breakfast that day but the only thing I managed to have was my Mango LAL Greek Smoothie

One thing you will love about LALA Greek smoothies is they are made with real fruit and flavors include Strawberry, Peach and Mango. They are all fantastic but if I had to choose a favorite it would be the Strawberry! I like to stick a Strawberry LALA Greek Smoothie in my gym bag for a post or mid (in many cases) workout snack.
