Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 x Onions, minced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 2 c. Cubed cooked lamb, (up to 3)

Direcciones

  1. Leftover lamb gets reincarnated into a great new dish. Serve with rice and lots of traditional curry condiments, such as raisins, chutney, nuts, bananas, etc.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the butter and oil. Saute/fry the onions till softened, then add in the garlic and cook for another minute. Stir in the flour, curry pwdr and cumin and cook for a few seconds. Whisk in the chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly till thickened. Add in the lamb and heat though.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
