Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh mint, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel, grated
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 8 x Lamb loin chops, 1 1/4-inch . thick, about 5z each

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl stir together yogurt, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cayenne. Add in garlic, mint, lemon peel and honey and blend well. Cover and refrigerate2 to 24 hrs.
  2. Trim lamb chops. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 6 min on each side, to medium doneness. Pour yogurt sauce proportionately over all.
