Ingredientes

  • (a) Materials
  • • Cake cubes (sizes dependable)
  • • Desiccated coconut
  • (b) Mix
  • 1 kg icing sugar
  • 80g cocoa powder
  • 100g butter
  • 300ml water

  1. Method
  2. Sieve sugar and cocoa together in a bowl
  3. Boil water and butter and add to cocoa mixture (mixture 1)
  4. Cut cake cubes depending on your preference
  5. Dip the cake carefully into the mixture to ensure that all parts are covered
  6. Place onto the wire rack to drip excessive coating (drying)
  7. Coat with desiccated coconut
