- salt to taste
- oil for taking out the dosa
- For tempering
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 sprig of curry leaves ( finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ghee /oil
