Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Each: dry lavender, basil, fennel seeds, savory Kosher salt, freshly grnd pepper to taste

  1. Preparation Time: 10 min
  2. Yield: 1 1/4 c. (10 2-Tbsp. servings)
  3. Standing time: 30 min-2 hrs
  4. This is good for any grilled poultry or possibly fish. You also can use this marinade as a salad dressing; see note.
  5. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Allow flavors to blend at least 2 hrs before pouring over meat. 2. Marinate poultry up to 2 hrs in refrigerator; fish up to 30 min.
  6. Note: To use as a salad dressing,substitute 1/2 c. lemon juice for orange juice and increase extra virgin olive oil to 1/2 c..
