Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Finely minced lettuce
  • 1 can Bush's Barbecued Baked Beans, (16 ounces)
  • 2 med Plum tomatoes, minced (about 1 c.)
  • 4 ounce Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, (1 c.)
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Peppercorn ranch salad dressing
  • 5 slc Bacon, cooked till crisp, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. Sliced green onion Bagel chips or possibly tortilla chips for dipping

Direcciones

  1. In an 8 to 9inch shallow pie plate, layer lettuce, beans, tomatoes and cheese. Combine lowfat sour cream and salad dressing. Spoon over cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and green onion. Serve immediately or possibly store in refrigerator up to 2 hrs. Serve with bagel chips or possibly tortilla chips.
  2. Makes 8 servings
  3. Recipe can be doubled. Arrange in 13 x 9inch shallow baking dish. Reduced fat ingredients may be used.
