Ingredientes

  • 1 (1 pound) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (1 pound) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (1 pound) can dark sweet cherries
  • 1 (1 pound) can pears
  • 1 (1 pound) can apricots
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 c. cocktail sherry
  • 12 cherries, liquid removed
  • Cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg or possibly apple pie spice

Direcciones

  1. Drain fruit and layer in long pyrex dish. In top of double boiler heat butter. Mix flour and sugar. Add in to butter; mix. Add in sherry, mix and cook till slightly thickened (15 min). Pour over fruit. Arrange cherries on top. Sprinkle spice over top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve hot.
