Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd Beef
  • 1/2 c. Green Peppers, minced
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 16 ounce Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 x (7-ounce.) package Spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350-F degrees. Lightly butter a 2-qt casserole dish and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the grnd beef with the minced pepper and onions. Drain off any excess fat. Add in the mayonnaise, spaghetti sauce, and parmesan cheese to the skillet, and cook for another 2 or possibly 3 min over a low heat setting to hot the mix through. Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti as directed on themanufacturer's packaging. Drain well. Place half of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the prepare casserole dish. Pour half of the meat and sauce mix over the pasta and sprinkle with half of the grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Repeat the process to complete the second, top layer. Bake for 30 min. Serve hot. Perfect with a side salad and garlic or possibly cheesy herb bread.
