Lazy Salmon Cakes

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Mashed potato, 1 medium
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon or possibly orange peel dry
  • 1/2 tsp Dry dill or possibly 1/4 c fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp Dry cilantro /fresh parsley
  • 1/4 med Onion, minced
  • 7 1/2 ounce Can salmon, no skin, bones
  • 1 x Egg

Direcciones

  1. Echo, Sept 17/93. I was too lazy to bake the potato, beat the egg white or possibly make the sauce.
  2. Mash potato and allow it to cold. Mix with lemon juice, seasonings, onion and then fold in the salmon. Fold in beaten egg.
  3. Form the mix into 4 patties or possibly 6 smaller ones. Heat a large saute/fry pan over medium heat. Spray or possibly wipe with canola. Fry the cakes for 5 min on each side till golden. Serve with lemon wedge.
  4. Makes 2 servings for hungry eaters, 3 smaller ones.
