Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 8 ounce Grnd pork
  • 3/4 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil
  • 1 ctn (8 ounce.) dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the grnd beef, grnd pork, bread crumbs, onion, lowfat milk, egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, the 1 tsp. salt and the 1/8 tsp. pepper; mix well. Shape the mix into 64 walnut-size balls.
  2. In a 12 inch skillet, heat the veg. oil. Add in half the meatballs and cook for 12 to 15 min or possibly till no pink remains, turning the meatballs to brown them proportionately. Remove the meatballs from skillet; set aside. Repeat.
  3. Reserve the drippings in the skillet.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the lowfat sour cream, flour, the 1/2 tsp. salt and the 1/8 tsp. pepper. Add in the water; mix well. Stir the mix into the drippings in the skillet; heat till the gravy is thickened and bubbly.
  5. Add in the meatballs to the gravy in the skillet and heat through.
