Receta Lean Green Smoothie {with Pineapple, Banana, Spinach & Vanilla Yogurt}
Today was my first day of a 12 week half marathon training program. Yes, I ran in a snow storm this morning, it was interesting for sure! When I got home I made this delicious Lean Green Smoothie with Pineapple, Banana, Spinach & Vanilla Yogurt. I absolutely love a good smoothie and this one was especially tasty! They are a great way to get a whole lot of veggies and fruits in to fuel your body.
Lean Green Smoothie {with Pineapple, Banana, Spinach & Vanilla Yogurt}
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
- 4-6- 1 inch chunks of pineapple
- ¼ cup low fat organic yogurt
- ½ a large or 1 small banana
- a few ice cubes
- a splash or two of water
Instructions
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
