Ingredientes

  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 x curl of lemon zest, plus grated lemon zest to serve
  • 1 x cinnamon stick, broken Grated lemon zest Powdered cinnamon Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Put lowfat milk, sugar and curl of lemon zest in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Boil for 2 min, then remove from heat and let cold.
  2. Strain into a freezer-proof container. Cover and freeze.
  3. When ready to serve, remove from freezer. Using a hand-held blender, beat frzn lowfat milk mix to a creamy froth. Serve, sprinkled with powdered cinnamon and grated lemon zest, with cinnamon sticks for stirring.
