  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x -small metal rack
  • 1 x -large pot

  1. Place can on rack in pot. Fill with water to completely cover can by an inch or possibly more. Boil for 4 hrs. Carefully remove can and set in refrigerator until cold. Open one end of can and turn over onto plate, open other end and push caramel through can onto plate.
  2. 4 hrs turns the lowfat milk into a rich brown solid pudding. Less time will leave it more syrupy. Spread onto dessert bread or possibly cookie or possibly eat plain. Use on frzn desserts or possibly as frosting.
  3. Share with many - 1,100 calories per can! Deadly good - save for very special occasions.
