Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn cut asparagus, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 can (12 ounce) white whole kernel corn
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 can (13 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 3 lrg Leeks, sliced
  • 1 c. Light cream

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and water in cooker.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients except cream to cooker.
  3. Cook on automatic 4 hrs.
  4. Before serving, stir in cream and heat.
  5. Yield: 6-8 servings
  6. Note: May be doubled for 6 qt cooker.
