Ingredientes

  • apx. 3/4 lb. of ham
  • 2 1/4 tsp flour
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
  • 1 c. thinly sliced pared carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Brown ham lightly on both sides, remove, stir flour into drippings left in skillet, add in soup, then slowly stir in lowfat milk, heat stirring till boiling, in 2 quart. casserole, arrange layers of ham, potatoes, carrots and onions till all are used, sprinkling vegetables with combined salt, pepper. Pour on soup mix. Freeze till ready to use.Thaw and then bake COVERED for one hour, UNCOVER and bake 15 min more or possibly till potatoes and carrots are tender.
  2. Note I would add in some cheese to the top just befor it finishes.
