Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine With Shrimp

Ingredientes

  • 9 ounce fettuccine
  • 10 ounce Alfredo sauce, 5 brothers
  • 2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 lb shrimp, cooked and shelled
  • 2 x green onion thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. In a 5 qt pan, bring 2 1/2 to 3 qts water to a boil over high heat. Add in pasta and cook till just tender to bite, 2 to 3 min.
  2. Meanwhile in a 10 to 12 inch nonstick frying pan over medium heat, bring sauce, lemon peel and lemon juice to a simmer.
  3. Drain pasta well. Add in pasta and shrimp to sauce, stir to coat and heat just till shrimp are warm. Sprinkle with green onion.
