Ingredientes

  • 1 lb cod fillets
  • 1/4 c. butter, salted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper Paprika for color

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. If the fish are large, cut them into serving size. Mix butter and lemon juice. In another bowl, add in flour, salt, and pepper. Dip the fish into the butter/lemon juice and then pat it w/ the flour mix. Put the fish in ungreased baking dish. Pout remaining butter/lemon mix over the fihs. Sprinkle w/ the paprika. Place in the preheated oven and cook till the fish easily flakes. (25-30 mins)
