2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken or possibly turkey, chilled
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
2 c. Cooked rice, chilled
2 lrg Stalks celery, sliced (two is about 1-1/2 c.)
1/2 c. Sliced stuffed olives
3 Tbsp. Bacon-flavored vegetable protein chips (bacos) Parsley sprigs
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Barbecue sauce
1/4 tsp Liquid smoke

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice & salt. Add in rice, celery, olives & barbecue dressing; toss lightly & sprinkle with protein chips & garnish with parsley.
