Lemon Basted Turkey Breast

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb turkey breast coarsely-grated peel and juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (or possibly 1 tspn dry rosemary)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (or possibly 1 tspn dry oregano)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. white wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped

Direcciones

  1. Place turkey, skin-side down, in a non-metallic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and spoon over, turning to coat turkey. Cover and chill for several hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. To cook, place turkey and marinade in the crockery pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs, or possibly till tender.
