- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- Gradually add, a couple of tablespoons at a time:
- Sift the dry ingredients over the beaten egg whites in four equal
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 4 tbsp icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh berries or diced fresh fruit
