Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Frzn pineapple-orange-strawberry juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. Orange flavored liqueur or possibly orange juice
  • 1 c. Light ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pkt (8 ounce.) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
  • 1 can (15.75 ounce.) lemon pie filling
  • 2 pkt (3 ounce.) ladyfingers, split
  • 1 pt (2 c.) fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 pt (1 c.) fresh raspberries

Direcciones

  1. Of those smaller format type which can be found at the checkout counter,
  2. from which volume and were very favorably received at a recent party, especially given their lower fat content.
  3. Prep time: 25 min
  4. In small bowl, combine juice concentrate and liqueur; blend well. Set aside.
  5. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese at medium speed till smooth. Add in pie filling; beat till well blended and fluffy, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
  6. Line bottom of 12x8 inch (2 qt) baking dish with half of ladyfingers, cut side up. Brush ladyfingers with half of juice concentrate mix.
  7. Spread half of lemon filling proportionately over ladyfingers. Top with half each of strawberries and raspberries. Repeat layers. Chill till serving time. Store in refrigerator. 12 servings.
  8. Note: I served this layered in a clear glass bowl, like a trifle, and it made a nice presentation.
