Ingredientes

  • 1 can (13 Ounce.) Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 box (6 Ounce.) Lemon Gelatin Pwdr
  • 2 c. Boiling Water
  • 3/4 c. Sugar Juice Of 1 Lemon

Direcciones

  1. Chill evaporated lowfat milk 24 hrs before starting. Heat butter in bottom of 13 x 9-inch flat cake pan. Add in sufficient graham crackers to cover bottom of pan and press them in firmly. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in sugar and juice of lemon. After gelatin is congealed, beat till fluffy. Beat evaporated lowfat milk till thick. Fold the two mixtures together and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs on top and chill overnight. Cut in squares to serve.
