Ingredientes

  • 3 c. light soy lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Braised Garlic (see recipe above)
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. white miso
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 x lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp capers

Direcciones

  1. To make the garlic cream: In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend till smooth. Set aside and keep hot.
  2. Blend the grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 1/2 tsps coarsely grnd pepper, and 1 tsp liquid removed capers along with the other ingredients in the main recipe.
  3. Add in 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp liquid removed capers to the tossed pasta. Garnish with a little more grated zest.
