Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt or possibly nonfat non-gelatin plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. cholesterol-free reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (Flat-leaf)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce or possibly to taste or possibly vegetarian substitute or possibly soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh garlic see tip
  • 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper freshly grnd salt to taste warm pepper sauce and/or possibly dijon mustard to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients. Taste; adjust seasonings. Stir before serving.
  2. MAKE AHEAD: This dressing will keep for 2 days in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator.
  3. Serving Ideas : Toss with romaine lettuce leaves and toasted croutons. Let stand in the refrigerator for 15 min. Allow to stand at room temperature for about 5 min. Stir before serving.
