Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Cake mix
  • 1 pkt Lemon gelatin pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Applesauce
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
  • 2 c. Sugar, confectioner's
  • 5 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Spray a 9 x 13" pan with pan coating. Mix dry Jello with cake mix. Add in the other ingredients except confectioner's sugar and lemon juice and beat into a smooth batter. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 35 F. for 25 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cold for five min while mixing together the confectioner's sugar and lemon juice. Prick the cake all over with a fork and pour the icing over the top.
  2. To serve, cut in squares and top with whipped topping.
  3. Use yellow cake mix. Three c. of homemade cake mix can be substituted for 1 package of commercial cake mix.
