Receta Lemon Cake With Lemon Glaze

- L. Grease and flour 9"x5" loaf pan. Preheat oven to 325F.
- On waxed paper, combine flour,baking pwdr, and baking soda; set aside.
- In large bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat sugar and butter till light and fluffy, about 5 min. Reduce speed to low, beat in Large eggs, 1 at a time, till blended. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, beating till well mixed. Stir in lemon peel by hand.
- Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hrs till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Prepare glaze: In c., mix lemon juice and sugar. Spoon lemon juice mix proportionately over warm cake in pan. Cold cake in pan on wire rack.
- Makes1 loaf or possibly 12 servings.
