Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Chicken breasts, bone/skinls
  • 1 x Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chicken on medium heat in oil, till cooked. Remove and keep hot.
  2. Pour lemon juice into pan, whisk on medium heat to deglaze pan, Add in pepper and oregano. Keep whisking. Add in mushrooms and stir till cooked. Add in lowfat sour cream, when blended well add in sugar and cornstarch. Whisk till fairly thickened. Pour over chicken breasts and serve.
