Ingredientes

  • 1 x 10" angel food cake
  • 1 x 3 1/2 ounce package instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x 21-ounce can cherry or possibly strawberry pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Tear angel food cake into bite-size pcs and place in a 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Combine pudding mix , lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream, and beat till thickened, about 2 min.
  3. Spread pudding over cake, spoon pie filling on top, and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  4. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
