Ingredientes

  • 4 x Breasts, chicken, halves, broiler/fryer, boned, skinned
  • 1/2 c. Breadcrumbs, dry
  • 1 tsp Pepper, lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Dill, dry
  • 3 Tbsp. Juice, lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil, olive

Direcciones

  1. Lb. the chicken pcs till they're about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. In a shallow dish mix together bread crumbs, lemon pepper, and dill weed.
  3. Pour the lemon juice in a second dish. Add in chicken, one piece at a time, first to the lemon juice, then to the crumb mix, turning to coat on all sides.
  4. Put the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add in chicken and cook, turning, about 10 min or possibly till chicken is brown and fork tender.
