Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin (1/3 env)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. Diet lemon soda Artificial sweetener to = 6 tsp. sugar.

Direcciones

  1. This fills an individual tart shell. Recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc. to accommodate whatever type pie shell you are filling.
  2. It also is good just as a pudding.
  3. Soften gelatin in lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients with wire whip. Blend well and stir over low heat (to avoid sticking), till mix thickens. Pour into tart or possibly pie shell.
