Ingredientes

  • 4 x Egg yolk, beaten
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon zest Speck salt
  • 4 Tbsp. (rounded) cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 2 c. Water, warm

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs. Beat in lemon juice, zest, salt and sugar. Combine well using hand held mixer. Add in cornstarch mix (the cool water and cornstarch)
  2. then add in the warm water Cook over double boiler for 20 min til thickened. An instant read will register 160 degrees. Put plastic wrap on top of warm custard and cold
