Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 4 c. Sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice,up to 2 1/2 Tbsp., to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add in sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Add in lemon rind and lemon juice; beat till smooth.
  2. Yield: 2 c..
  3. Orange Fluff Frosting: Substitute orange rind and orange juice for lemon rind and lemon juice.
