Lemon Garlic Alaska Halibut

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter see * Note
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 x halibut steaks - (4 to 6 ounce ea) thawed if necessary Lemon wedges

Direcciones

  1. Note: If you like, extra virgin olive oil may be substituted for butter.
  2. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic. Season halibut steaks on both sides with lemon pepper. Place steaks in pan and cook for 10 min per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or possibly till fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  3. Flip steaks halfway through cooking to brown on both sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
  4. This recipe yields 2 servings. Recipe may easily be doubled.
