Ingredientes

  • 1 x 3 lb. turkey breast
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 6 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dry tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp dry rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp dry sage
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. white wine

Direcciones

  1. Place the turkey breast in the crockpot slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, garlic, parsley, tarragon, rosemary, sage, salt, pepper and wine. Pour this sauce over the turkey breast. Cover; cook on LOW 8-10 hrs or possibly on HIGH for 4-5 hrs. slice before serving.
