Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Finely grated lemon peel
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 piece stem ginger, minced
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 2 x Kiwifruit, peeled, cut in fourths, then sliced
  • 4 tsp Stem ginger syrup Lemon twists Stem ginger slices Cookies

Direcciones

  1. Whip cream and sugar till cream begins to thicken. Add in lemon peel and juice and whisk till thick and velvety.
  2. Mix in stem ginger. Whisk egg white stiffly and fold into cream mix.
  3. Place kiwifruit in bottom of 4 glasses. Sprinkle with stem ginger syrup.
  4. Top with cream mix and refrigerate2 hrs.
  5. Garnish with lemon and stem ginger. Serve with cookies.
  6. VARIATION: Substitute pitted cherries, sliced peaches or possibly nectarines for kiwifruit.
