Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Sliced Carrots
  • 4 c. Cauliflower Florets
  • 4 c. Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon Zest
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add in the carrots, reduce the heat to medium, and cook, covered, for 5 min. Add in the cauliflower to the pan and continue to cook 3 min. Add in the broccoli and cook 3 min more. Remove the vegetables from the heat and drain well.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, zest, and melted butter. Toss the lemon butter with the liquid removed warm vegetables and serve at once.
