Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette:

Lemon Juice 1/2 cup

Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup

Honey 1/4 cup

Olive Oil 1 cup

Chopped parsley 2 tablespoons

Lemon Zest 2 tablespoons

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Mix together the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon zest and parsley. Slowly add the olive oil to create an emulsion. Enjoy!
