Ingredientes

  • 1 x lemon Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. Mazola oil
  • 1 x Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. icing sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve Jello in 1 c. warm water. Let cold.
  2. Mix everything in bowl. Add in Large eggs 1 at a time.
  3. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 min. Cold 5 min.
  5. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Prick with size 8 knitting needle and glaze.
  7. Makes 2 9x5 loaf pans.
  8. Prep Time:1 hour (15 minutes prep, 45 minutes cooking)
