Ingredientes

Suitable for pork, chicken And fish.
15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil.

1 x Clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon. Grnd black pepper.
30 ml 2 tbsp minced fresh herbs, or possibly 2,5 ml half tsp dry mixed herbs.

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or possibly in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas 6. VARIATION Try spices instead of the herbs.
