Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x recipe lemon pasta or possibly
  • 6 ounce uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 x cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh or possibly
  • 1 tsp dry basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta as directed in recipe or possibly on package; drain. Cook garlic in margarine in 1-qt saucepan over medium heat till garlic is golden; remove garlic and throw away. Stir in wine, capers, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper. Heat just till warm. Toss with warm pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
