Ingredientes

  • 1/2 bn dill stemmed
  • 1 x lemon quartered
  • 1 x lime quartered
  • 1 Tbsp. black peppercorns (to 2 tbspns)
  • 1 Tbsp. white peppercorns
  • 2 Tbsp. red peppercorns - (to 3 tbspns)
  • 1 3/4 x liters potato vodka

Direcciones

  1. Fill a large 2-qt-capacity glass jar with, dill, lemon and lime quarters, and peppercorns. Pour vodka into jar. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for 3 weeks.
  2. Strain vodka through cheesecloth. Throw away solids, and carefully pour infused vodka back into original bottle.
  3. Keep infused aquavit in freezer till ready to serve. Serve chilled, directly from freezer.
  4. This recipe yields 1.75 liters flavored aquavit.
  5. Yield: 1 3/4 liters
