Indulge in the simplicity of this easy anytime dish of Lemon Pepper Shrimp.
Lemon Pepper Shrimp
- 12 large frozen shrimp, defrosted, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ Tablespoon Lemon Pepper seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- chopped parsley
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)
Add shrimp and seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
Sprinkle with parsley.

I like the part about getting seconds without all the guilt. I served it over quinoa, but it you serve with fresh veggies, that means more shrimp for you.
