  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 grams of sugar (preferably powdered sugar)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • for the cream:
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50 g flour
  • peel of one lemon

  • 1 baking pan of 15 cm (or a 25-cm high edges)

  • 1 medium saucepan
  • 1 wooden spatula
