Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1/4 c. Poppy seed
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie
  • 2/3 c. Powdered sugar
  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9x9x2-inches.
  2. MIX baking mix, poppy seed, lowfat milk, oil, Large eggs and pudding and pie filling
  3. (dry); beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan.
  4. BAKE 35 to 40 min or possibly till light golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 10 min. Drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.
  5. Glaze: Mix ingredients till smooth and drizzling consistency.
